2026-05-15	Mi*****	Cardo Systems flagged my order and wanted me to jump thru hoops to complete my order. Rather than being a repeat customer, I put my old unit in a press and destroyed it. Never buying Cardo again!

2026-01-18	Ia*****	Can't update the app on laptop which makes updating my devices impossible. My Q3 no longer functions with my current iphone and I can't update it. so now I have 3 Q3 units that are essentially paperweights now.

2025-07-01	Ca*****	Overall product satisfaction is a 4 out of 5. The application is spotty; one day it works, the other it doesn't. The way the headset and the app communicate is also off. It always states that my battery is dying when it has a full charge. The mesh is perfect, I can talk to my whole motorcycle crew with no issues and over a wide area. good luck.
