Best app ever. Easy when you know how to use it. When checking for whether the food item is on the green list, orange list or red list, turn or buttons on. This app has always worked for me. Where you have no idea how to use it , just reach out to admin on Banting 7 day meal plan on FACEBOOK, and they would be more than happy to help you.

The food choices are strange. So many weird food choices yet some of the basics are not there. My fitness pal much better from that point of view. Also you put in something like hake a few yo u get every food option thst has hake in it like '!shake' so you have to do a lot of trawling. There has not been an update for years. Not worth the R99.
