Super slow, or for lack of words, terrible customer service! No reply to the ticket number 190714. No customer service agent in the chat room either, tried 3 days at different times. Capitual also doesn't accept passport as a valid document. Binance, Huobi, and KuCoin tagged along with Capitual, and my money is stuck. Can't do KYC with a passport. Foreigners in Brazil don't have a RG.
