Capital Trade Loan provides a digital process for eligible users to apply for personal loans, complete KYC, review loan terms, sign the loan agreement, receive disbursement to their bank account, and manage repayments.

Eligibility:
- Indian nationality
- Age above 23 years
- Stable monthly income above Rs. 15,000
- Credit assessment and eligibility checks apply

Documents and information required:
- Mobile number and email address
- Selfie and liveness verification
- PAN card
- Government ID or address proof, such as Aadhaar or Driving License
- Bank account details for disbursement and repayment
- Employment, income and other loan application information

Personal data is collected only for account registration, KYC, identity verification, credit assessment, fraud prevention, loan processing, repayment, customer support and regulatory compliance. The app does not collect SMS, call logs, phone contacts, installed app lists, precise location, background location, Advertising ID, IMEI, IMSI or unrelated files.

- Loan tenure: 3 to 24 months
- Interest rate: 15.95% to 35.95% per annum
- Maximum APR: 50% per annum
- Processing fee: 1% to 7.5% of the loan amount
- GST: Applicable on fee components as per Indian law
- Late payment charges: Applicable only in case of delayed repayment
- No personal loan offered through the app requires full repayment in 60 days or less

All applicable loan terms, fees, repayment schedule and charges are disclosed before acceptance through the Key Facts Statement (KFS) and loan agreement.

How to apply:

2. Register with your mobile number and email address.
3. Complete KYC and eligibility checks.
4. Provide bank account details.
5. Review the KFS, loan agreement, interest, fees and repayment schedule.
6. Accept and sign the agreement.
7. Receive the approved loan amount in your bank account.
