2022-08-04	Th*****	While the loan process wasn't that difficult and the disbursemt was pretty systematic, the loan repayment fixture is all wrong. I took a loan on 6th July and they said the auto debit will start from 5th September onwards. Now they are saying it will start from tomorrow, that's 5.8.2002. You say something else and do something else. The customer service number is always busy. They are defunct. The service is very shoddy.

I had taken a loan of 10k in 2019 Nov for 6 months they apparently forgot to charge me due to technical issues is what they r calling it now. They debited my account without any prior intimation on 8th March 2021. Worse experience please don't use this rather go for Bajaj or other reputed lender or banks
