Without logging in to get the pin number, it is not possible to redeem my credit points. So, are the unsuccessful login intentional. There're so many reviews on the same problem but it is never rectified. Can Caring Pharmacy clarify before rhis goes to Complaints Bureau!

2023-12-28	Be*****	You guys should really review your app again despite the many low ratings. I was asked to download the app to collect points but couldn't even get thru the verification page. That's a red flag. Nobody will want to use this app if it wasn't friendly and efficient enough. I tried for 2 days and yet, have not received any OTP.

2023-02-12	Su*****	Been using the app without much problem past few years, till 4 months ago. Very slow loading, keep requesting key in pin, password, saying there's error. It's so annoying and irritating. Useless app. If no improvement, will delete app and stop patronising Caring, too much hassle, don't need the stress.

2022-12-31	Hs*****	I have not had any problems with the app until now. I can't log in to my account. I definitely used the correct pin but it didn't work (I think there is something wrong with the Submit/Verify button). I clicked Forgot Pin, and received the OTP but after keying it in, and click the Verify button, nothing happens 😞

Clicked on "forgot pin", received message to key in new pin that was sent to me but I never received it. Update: Replying to reply below - I was unable to copy the link in the reply. Took a screenshot of these two messages and emailed to the developer. Look forward to hearing from him. Thanks.

2022-06-15	SC*****	I'm using Samsung Note 8 with Android 9. For some reason this app does not function when on wifi. Only when using data from the sim card network will the app go to next step after you key in the phone number and press proceed. On wifi mode, you can press the proceed button till the screen breaks, nothing will happen. Hope this helps some of you having log in issues. Update; Caring Pharmacy have rectified the issue and the app is working perfectly now. Many thanks. Good job.
