Can't even get the damn app to open. All I get is the logo splash screen. Thought maybe it was my VPN so turned it off and restarted the app. Same result.

Very few things actually work on this app. If you get a notification of a message, you can't opened it. Both their app and website are very buggy. I have reported this to member services multiple times.
