Can't search for a provider. If you select that, it just kicks you back to the sign in screen. There are no additional documents related to your plan in the app. There is also no way to contact anyone other than calling. Which for those of us with speech disabilities, is a non-starter. It's almost as if they don't want you to go to the right doctor to ensure a claim is covered...
