100km de CAP48

In just 21 days, take on the challenge of covering 100 km, whether walking or running, at your own pace and according to your desires. With the Be Solidaire application (100 km from CAP48), record your trips, follow your progress and receive fun encouragement from RTBF personalities via exclusive videos on the application. Invite your loved ones to support you and make donations to fund medical research into autism. Join us in this sporting and supportive adventure!


Participants will be able to ask their loved ones, families or colleagues to support them in this CAP48 100 kilometer challenge in order to collect as many donations as possible.

All donations collected will be used to finance medical research for autism; new medical research project from CAP48.


Access to the application is via a code sent by the CAP48 teams during very specific periods:


1. Join the challenge

Download the application for free and enter the code provided to you to join the challenge at the beginning of September.


2. Travel your 100 kilometers in 21 days

Great start! By walking or running, you have 21 days to complete the 100 kilometers of CAP48.


3. Get encouraged by the facilitators

RTBF hosts and RTBF's flagship shows will encourage you throughout the CAP48 100KM challenge.


4. Rankings

Compare your progress with other participants thanks to the different real-time rankings (km completed in real time). But remember: the important thing is to participate. With the team functionality, you can also see where your teammates are at.


5. News Feed

Want to see where the other participants are, what places they visit or what their best outfit is. Want to share your content, your walks…. Post your photos in the news feed.


6. End of the challenge

Well done everyone, the challenge is now over. It is no longer possible to create an account or to complete kilometers but you can continue to go to the application to view the rankings.
