I have just logged on successfully, without any problems for the first time in two years, and had a very smooth time accessing requests for cases. This tells me that the team working on this app got serious about fixing all the bugs they were dealing with, and there were a lot of them. I only gave four stars because in order to login to the app you must scan a QR code, each and every time. There are other 2FA solutions that already exist. Such as authentication apps from Google and others.
