The system supports clinical decisions such as on-site care or hospital referral, including transfer management, recording of referral attempts, acceptance or rejection by receiving institutions, and signatures of participating professionals. All information is securely and auditably stored.

The application incorporates co-insurance and patient debt management, with automatic calculation based on health insurance provider, services and supplies used, payment recording, amounts collected, and tracking of outstanding balances.
