CADENZ: Running Music & Coach

100% Music. 100% Run.

CADENZ is the running app that puts music first. Every track is original running music with BPM versions made for your stride, so each step can land on the beat. Set your tempo, press start and let the music carry your pace.

MUSIC THAT RUNS WITH YOU
• AUTO mode: music tempo follows your step cadence while you run.
• LOCKED mode: hold one BPM for tempo runs, intervals and steady easy runs.
• Original instrumental running music, no lyrics, in multiple BPM versions.
• Beat Guide: a soft 1-2-3-4 count under the music to lock in your cadence.
• Build a queue or a full run soundtrack with smooth crossfade between tracks.
• Music keeps playing in the background during an active run.

GPS RUN TRACKER
• Live distance, pace, moving time and route map.
• Auto-Pause separates stops from moving time.
• Runs save on your phone first, so a weak signal does not erase them, then sync to your account.
• Run history, weekly trends, personal records and shareable run summaries.

RUNNING COACH & TRAINING PLANS
• Plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon or general fitness, built around your level and training days.
• Voice coach with per-km updates. Music gets quieter while the coach speaks, then comes back.

More than a running metronome: CADENZ combines cadence music, a GPS run tracker and a running coach in one app. It also tracks cycling with GPS and a manual music tempo.

Every feature is unlocked for free, with no ads.

Location is used to measure and map your sessions. Optional background location keeps tracking with the screen off; without it, screen-off tracking may stop.
