2026-07-01	Di*****	Booked a wheelchair taxi 24h in advance. driver turned up in a lexus sedan. rebooked. then they cancelled. ruined everyone's day. will NEVER EVER use again. avoid these clowns at all costs.

I would not trust this company to get you to your plane on time like i did.. .. don't try to complain either their new automated system will keep you in circles until person answer then hangs up

2026-06-21	St*****	terrible. pre booked a cab 12 hours in advance and it was never accepted. when I called 13CABs there was no record of the booking even though I had a booking record and it was still visible in the app.
