App has a nice interface and easy navigation for some users.
Ability to save preferred drivers for future bookings.
Quick email response from customer service regarding operational queries.

Unreliable service with frequent no-shows from drivers.
Prices quoted are often misleadingly low, resulting in higher charges at the end of the trip.
App often fails to locate drivers properly or show real-time updates on drivers' locations.
Poor customer service with lack of response to inquiries and complaints.
Issues with booking management, including difficulty in viewing or canceling pre-booked trips.

Recent reviews

Prebook taxi from overseas for airport pickup, received wrong pickup time via sms confirmation. Can't make changes with the link provided, email with no response. Sent me 3 drivers for pickup, finally drivers organise the change. Downloaded the app, not working. Cant view prebook details, doesn't work. Tried to book online also didn't work. Prebook cost was about $75. Actual cost paid was $89. Wasn't what was advertised as fixed cost!!! Waste of time with Rydo

I have attempted to use this app for 3 months and This is the worst!! the taxi never shows, and when they do they are extreamly rude and they demand payment up front and they dont even charge you the quoted price i tried multiple times and its puttid i reccomend you do not download !! Waste of time

My last 2 experiences were enough to say, "I'll never use it again!!" Not recommended at all!! We booked a taxi to the airport at 3am (early international flight with 1 yo), and they cancelled me 15 min before it was meant to arrive! They didn't even try to send a new one. Second time, the driver went to the destination rather than to the pick up point! Of course, wasting time! And they didn't even apologised or gave me a discount, nothing!
