Have not had the chance to order a taxi yet, but I'm not happy about the fact you get charged £1 just to add a new card

Cabpro is a really good taxi app. It is a lot cheaper than Uber and Bolt. It is easy to use app. There are always drivers available. I once had to contact the customer support, they replied quick and were cooperative. The only downside is that only card payment is accepted. This may not be suitable for some people but I use card so everything was smooth. I think using card is safer.
