What is the point of prebooking if there is a 40-minute delay? Plus, a useless automated messaging that basically says nothing. Avoid.

Terrible App. A dangerous waste of time if you're planning a trip. - It confirms your booking and then notifies you that a taxi is on its way, when neither has happened. The worst of both worlds! - in the end I called the office and was told that there was no booking on the system. Almost missed my flight because of it.
