DA Beverage

Welcome to the official voucher scanning and redemption app for the Keep Cool, Keep Safe initiative, powered by NextBee. Designed exclusively for participating partner outlets and vendors, this application streamlines the process of verifying and redeeming cold beverage vouchers for Delivery Associates (DAs) operating in extreme heat conditions.

As a partner outlet, your role is critical in ensuring the safety, hydration, and well-being of the frontline delivery workforce. This intuitive scanning tool provides a seamless, frictionless experience at the point of sale, allowing you to validate digital passes in seconds so DAs can grab their authorized hydration items and get back on the road safely.

Key Features:

- Frictionless Redemption Process: Once a voucher is validated, outlet can punch the value of items sold (upto voucher value).
- Real-Time Tracking & Ledger Management: Keep track of all daily redemptions through an easy-to-read, real-time dashboard. Monitor your total scanned vouchers and view historical transaction data to simplify your data entry, monthly invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
- Secure & Compliant: Built with enterprise-grade security, ensuring that all DA details and transaction data are processed safely and in strict compliance with program privacy guidelines.
- Built-in Support: Encounter an invalid pass, OTP issue, or technical glitch? Access dedicated onboarding and redemption support directly through the app to register a complaint or contact the NextBee support team.

How It Works:

- Scan: When a DA visits your outlet, scan their system-generated pass code using the built-in scanner.
- Verify: The app will instantly display the pass status (Valid/Invalid).
- Redeem & Handover: Enter the item details into the POS, hand over the authorized cooling item, and confirm the transaction. The DA will automatically receive an SMS confirmation, and your digital ledger is updated instantly.
