This is honestly one of the worst bus apps I’ve ever used. The app is confusing, slow, and barely helpful when you actually need it. The buses are already small, so when one arrives, there is hardly any room for passengers. The bus also feels cramped and uncomfortable, and the app does a terrible job of giving useful updates. Overall, the experience is frustrating, and I would not recommend this app. 0 stars if possible.

Unreliable! this has to be one of the worst apps ive ever attempted to use. extremely unreliable, and is not at all accurate. the app will tell me the bus is not reporting them send me a notification that the bus is 100m away (which it is NOT), or it will send me a notice AFTER the bus route is done that it is delayed. might as well not even have the app at all!
