2024-07-18	Kr*****	Terrible, unusable app. Medical centers showing on the "Map of medical centers" do not show in the list when I try to make an appointment. The map itself reloads randomly on its own. If you click on a center on the map the pop-up stays open even if you click on another location. You can't click on the location and start booking an appointment directly. All in all - pretty useless app, if I need to get anything done I need to call Bulstrad's contact center, not sure why this mobile app exists.

2024-06-11	Da*****	Only people with steel nerves can work with this app. App crashes, and it does not support standard file size uploads. This forces the user to use a 3rd party image converter or to adjust the camera to take bad quality photos.

2023-09-13	A *****	The App used to be perfect, but since the latest updates the allowable size for photo uploads has been reduced to 5MB, which is completely ridiculous for today's phone cameras. I have to spend around 1 hour each time I want to claim a reimbursment! Abysmal customer service!

2022-10-15	Ma*****	After an "update" this application has become useless, I cannot open anything. Probably they have embedded HTML from their website, but the situation is pretty unsatisfying. The older version worked fine.
