The introduction of the App is a positive innovation. However, it is more of a website, as compared to allowing guests to use the App to manage their stay. For example: 1. guests should be able to manage their Therapy Schedule through the App. 2. Guests' daily weight and blood pressure data should be accessed through the App. 3. Blood, urine and other test results should be accessible through the App. In other words, our entire experience could be managed seamlessly through the App.
