Autophagi Android

Autophagi

The honest 72-hour fasting tracker. No paywall, no video ads, no nonsense.

Features & Capabilities

Autophagi is a focused companion for prolonged fasting — built for people working up to a full 72-hour fast, not just a 16:8 window.

Most fasting apps treat every fast the same. Autophagi doesn't. It tracks the specific biological milestones that matter on a long fast: when you enter ketosis, when sodium flushing kicks in, when peak autophagy starts, and when your body shifts into deep repair mode. You'll know what's happening inside you, hour by hour.

The fast is only half the job. Breaking a 72-hour fast wrong can leave you sick, bloated, or worse. Autophagi guides you through a structured, tiered refeed protocol — bone broth first, then soft solids, then regular meals — so you finish strong instead of undoing the work.

Whether you've never fasted longer than 24 hours or you're a seasoned faster pushing for a 3-day reset, Autophagi meets you where you are. Milestones, survival tips for the hard hours, electrolyte and salt protocols, and gentle guidance throughout.

I built Autophagi because every other prolonged fasting app I tried either locked the useful features behind a subscription or interrupted my fast with video ads at hour 40. Autophagi has one small, unobtrusive banner ad — that's it. No popups. No video ads. No paywall. No subscription. The affiliate links to electrolytes and refeed supplies are optional, and the "Buy Me a Coffee" tip is optional too.

What's inside:
• Milestone-based timeline tracking ketosis, sodium flushing, peak autophagy and deep repair
• Tiered refeed protocol: bone broth → soft solids → regular meals
• Survival tips and electrolyte guidance for the hard hours
• Clean, distraction-free interface designed for people who actually fast
• Works for fasts from 24 hours up through a full 72-hour protocol

Important: this is a wellness tool, not medical advice
Autophagi is designed for healthy adults (18+). Prolonged fasting isn't appropriate for everyone — if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight, have a history of eating disorders, take medication, or have any underlying condition, please talk to a doctor before attempting an extended fast. Autophagi supports your fast; it doesn't replace medical guidance.
