InferIt: Word Logic Game

InferIt turns the usual word game around: the guesses are already on the board. Your challenge is to use their clues to deduce the only five-letter answer that fits them all. Logic, not luck.

Each clue has two numbers:

• Green shows how many letters are in the correct position.
• Red shows how many other letters appear in the answer but belong in different positions.

Compare the clues, eliminate contradictions and mark what you learn. Hide letters that cannot appear, use yellow for letters known to be present, red where a present letter cannot occupy a column, and green when its position is certain.
