2022-06-08	Mi*****	Overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't waste your money with this clown show of a Service. Customer support isn't worth anything here and you're paying out almost double what the competitors charge when you actually grow your business. If you have no employees it's not that bad. 10/10 DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THERE ARE A LOT BETTER ONES OUT THERE

2022-05-22	Ad*****	Simplistic at best. Started out as a good FS management software, but developers have given up development. It appears they are satisfied with collecting existing user payments instead of feature development. Many bugs are years old and many are easy fixes. There are many alternatives at about same price point with significantly better design and features. This was a get rich quick scheme and not a software that'll grow with ur business.

2022-05-06	Sh*****	Breezeworks kind of sucks. Most recently, I can't open estimates from my phone, which causes problems when I don't have a computer around. I've been with Breezeworks for about a year now and can't wait to find another platform to assist my business better (this includes customer support).

2022-03-16	J *****	Missing Functionality: Recent user, like it, don't love it. here's why: There needs to be an easier way to export/sync Customers to my phone instead of solely through the Web App, which must be converted to a CSV file then transferred to phone.. Not at all what I expect for a paid monthly service! Does not peovide the option to choose which app to open when making a phone call or sending a text message from the app. I use Google Voice but it defaults to my system app.

The app does the job but there are a TON of common sense issues that have never been fixed. Most of these dumb issues would literally take 10 seconds of coding to fix. After years of use when they don't bother to fix basic 101 coding flaws you start to lose faith in leaving them in charge of keep track of business. Frustrating!!
