BreatheRelax makes it easy to practise slow, steady breathing — whether you want to calm down, sharpen your focus, or wind down before sleep.

Choose a breathing rhythm, pick a background video or image, and follow a moving indicator that guides your inhale and exhale. Sessions run 5 minutes by default and can be set anywhere from 1 to 30 minutes.
