Bracein Property Hub

Bracein Property Hub is a local property workspace for organizing listings and client work on your phone. Enter property details, track client stages, schedule viewings, and keep service quotes in one on-device register.

Core records you can add, edit, and remove:
• Properties with address, price, status, beds/baths, and notes
• Client profiles with contact details, budget notes, and stage labels
• Viewings with feedback and follow-up dates
• Offers and property inspection entries
• Quotes with line items and status (for example Draft, Sent, Approved)

The Overview screen summarizes active properties, scheduled viewings, open offers, and follow-ups using counts from local records. Listing-status and monthly quote charts also use data stored on the device.

Additional tools:
• Browse a local service catalog and save favorites on the device
• Use the Rental Yield Analyzer to estimate income, expenses, NOI, cash flow, and yield percentages from the assumptions you enter
• Save analyzer history locally, or clear it
• View company profile pages (We, Where, About, Team, Timeline) and open dialer, email, or maps apps when available

No sign-in is required. Property and client records stay in local SQLite storage and are not synced over the network by this app.

First launch may load Midland-area starter sample records. Replace or delete them for your own workspace. Yield results are illustrative calculations from your inputs, not market appraisals or live MLS data. Contact form submissions are stored on this device only.
