WealthHub is a property management app for real estate teams and their
clients. Agents use it to run listings, leads and transactions end to end.
Landlords and tenants use it to track their own property, paperwork and
requests.

LISTINGS
Create a property listing once and publish it to Property Finder and Bayut
from the same screen. Add photos, floor plans and video, set price and permit
details, and see whether each portal accepted the listing. Listings needing
sign-off are sent for approval and the reviewer is notified straight away.

LEADS AND DEALS
Enquiries from the portals arrive with the property they came from. Assign
them, log calls, and follow them through to a closed transaction. Deal records
hold buyer and seller details, the agreed price and the commission split.

DOCUMENTS
Upload the paperwork a transaction needs — Form A, title deed or Oqood,
leasing forms, passports and Emirates IDs — against a checklist that changes
with the property type, so nothing is missing at the point of sale.

APPROVALS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Publishing and boosting can require a manager's approval. Approvers get a push
notification and can approve or reject directly from the listings table.

FOR LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
Sign in to the client portal to see your property details, download your
documents, raise a support request and follow its progress.

TEAM AND PERFORMANCE
Managers can compare team and individual performance, review listing quality
and track commissions.

SECURITY
Access is controlled by role, so you only see records your role allows. Data
is encrypted in transit, sign-in supports two-factor and biometric
authentication, and every change is written to an audit log.
