Bplus HRM Connect

Bplus HRM Connect is a powerful Chrome extension designed to streamline workforce management by integrating seamlessly with the Bplus HRM payroll program (version 7.1 and above). It supports GPS-based employee time recording, allowing staff to check in and out both on-site and remotely. This app enables employees to view personal data, submit requests for leave, overtime, welfare, petty cash, and shift changes directly through their mobile devices.

Managers benefit from a flexible multi-level approval system configurable with unlimited approvers per document type, enhancing workflow control and transparency. The system ensures high security, reduces HR administrative workload, and supports operational efficiency, especially for businesses with off-site workforces. Bplus HRM Connect also automatically imports approved data into payroll, simplifying payroll processing. Available on both Play Store and App Store, it supports self-service and real-time tracking for employees and supervisors alike.
