2024-07-09	Sa*****	Half the time it doesn't work, try to respond to customers and I have to log completely out to see any updated messages. Currently I cannot see the messages at all when I open the chat window it is completely blank. Not sure it's worth it.

2024-06-21	Ca*****	This app hasn't worked on my Android for several months. It crashes the very instant I try to open it. I've tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling. It won't work at all so I can't conduct business on it unless I'm in front of a laptop.

2024-03-17	Ki*****	Yesterday I had to un-install the app because it kept stopping & closing when I pulled it up. Same thing again today! UGH! I was not having any issues for the last year until now.

2023-10-21	Da*****	Understanding how much effort that goes behind AI programming i was patient to see if all the issues would be resolved in a timely manner. However, this is affecting the business so we had to cancel. Issues: app would crash, the 10DLC form was not accepting our information for the past 1month, we are unable to send out important messages(no more follow up text and AI completing the booking, etc), at times it would not show openings when there was.
