A good app that works well for what it does... but you have to train it and your clients. 😁 It allows the owner to not have to be in the play some business 24/7!! 🥳

Half the time it doesn't work, try to respond to customers and I have to log completely out to see any updated messages. Currently I cannot see the messages at all when I open the chat window it is completely blank. Not sure it's worth it.
