garbage food delivery app. couriers are doing multiple food orders at once and they sit in front of other restaurants while your food is getting cold. You can't contact support, you can only talk with a primitive AI chatbot that's not able to solve any problems.

My experience using this App in Ghana has been awful!! I ordered food and I didn't get the food not my money. the customer service makes you feel a kind of frustration that reminds you that you never have to believe in delivering companies. xxx☹️☹️☹️
