2026-07-01	J *****	Wish I could rate this a zero! After 3 months I can honestly say this is by far the worst banking service I've ever used. The app is NOT intuitive. The website is worse. They charged me 80 euros for an international bank transfer when they advertise they don't. Had to threaten them to get my money back. The payment and transfer options will suddenly stop working for no reason. They'll charge amounts twice then send an error message. My account manager is useless, wasted my time many times. ZERO!
