2026-07-22	We*****	The experience is TERRIBLE. The team is not serious at all. After collecting payment for a phone number which I wasn't able to make successful calls with, they refused resolving the issue. Their AI agent/Bot kept responding and telling me that the issue has been escalated to human agent and marked as urgent. However no human agent responded even after 2 weeks. I have uninstalled the App without getting value for what I paid for and they refused refunding.
