Ich habe die App "eSIM Mobile Data Packs: BNESIM" genutzt, aber die eSIM hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Zudem wurde mir der Betrag weder auf meine Mastercard zurückerstattet noch meiner Wallet in der App gutgeschrieben. Ich verstehe nicht, wie ein Unternehmen so seine Kunden für ein paar Euro verlieren kann. Leider hat auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit Ihnen zu keinem Ergebnis geführt. Ich kann diesen Service absolut nicht empfehlen
