latest update won't allow me to log in, phone works fine but the tablet does not. All troubleshooting was performed even trying a different network but it is still failing. please fix it!

there are a lot of slow loading pages and the app stops working a lot

Website won't load anywhere so I am forced to download the app. The app tells me to download the app when I open it, as it opens it in a web browser. Genuine stupidity.
