ECAP+

ECAP+ is a digital health application built for community and frontline health workers to support household-based case management and
service delivery. The app helps teams register households and beneficiaries, enroll VCAs and caregivers, complete screenings and assessments,
create case plans, record household and follow-up visits, manage referrals, and track PMTCT-related services. Built on OpenSRP, it is designed to
improve field data capture, care coordination, and continuity of support for vulnerable children, adolescents, mothers, and households.
