I just joined blue. While my in person banking has been fine, this app just doesn't work. It took 4 attempts to link outside accounts all failed i eventually was able to link them via Blue's website. After they finally linked, I tried several times to transfer money to the linked accounts through the app, and none have gone through. This app needs fixed, and in the meantime, Blue needs to stop telling their customers to do things via the app.
