2025-01-15	Pe*****	I just joined blue. While my in person banking has been fine, this app just doesn't work. It took 4 attempts to link outside accounts all failed i eventually was able to link them via Blue's website. After they finally linked, I tried several times to transfer money to the linked accounts through the app, and none have gone through. This app needs fixed, and in the meantime, Blue needs to stop telling their customers to do things via the app.

2025-01-14	Da*****	I cannot even login with the app. I don't remember setting a pin, and when I try to rest it, it sends me a code, I enter it, then prompts to send a code again, in circles, over and over.

2024-11-14	Je*****	Changed my biometrics, which made me log in to the app again. Keeps giving me a 2 step code that it won't take. This app has been terrible since the upgrade to blue digital. The only nice part was being able to log in with biometrics.

2024-10-30	Ch*****	I'd give it 0 stars if I could. App literally will not work at all. Have unistalled and reinstalled multiple times. App just shuts down after opening. Can't accomplish anything on the app.

2024-10-29	Co*****	Extremely buggy, constantly crashes. Sometimes after you transfer money or make a payment, it just errors out and it's unclear whether your payment went through or where your money is. It's been broken for weeks and I see no progress being made.

2024-10-17	Ch*****	You can never pay your loan payment. Soon as you push the payment button it kicks you out of the entire app. Also no skip a pay option anymore. You have to use the text a teller option but now they are charging more fees for it. Straight garbage in my opinion.

2024-10-10	za*****	These people are a nightmare. The credit union i have a loan through got bought out by these.. "people" and now they refuse to help me get signed in to my account, refuse to send an email to help fix the issue, tell me over the phone everything should be straightened out and good to go, but it isnt.. now I'm probably going to default on the loan because I have no way to access the account to pay it. Avoid this credit union like the plague.
