The Novaresa Mobile Manager application offers you the possibility of administering your Novaresa account outside your establishment. It gives you quick access to essential information about your offers, reservations and schedules.


Latest reservations
View in real time the reservations made on your site and all your distribution channels (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc ...). Thanks to the color dots you know the status of the reservation (paid, deposit, unpaid, estimate, cancelled).

Connected to your channel manager, an icon identifies the original reservation channel and all reservation information (customer details, reserved room, options, pricing, amount paid, reservation status).

Lists of arrivals, present and departures
At a glance view the arrivals and departures of the day. As well as the list of customers still present in your establishment.

Entering a new reservation
Save a new reservation in just a few clicks. The customer will receive an estimate allowing him to confirm his reservation.
The room remains blocked until the confirmation of the estimate by the customer or by the host himself, after confirmation the status of the reservation changes from estimate to validated.

Price and availability calendar
Update your prices and availability in a few clicks for a night or a longer period.
Filter rooms to update by pricing and room type for faster management.

Receive real-time notifications for each new reservation, quote, modification or cancellation.
Also receive up-to-the-minute information on Novaresa news. In settings you can decide which notifications you want to receive.

Security
The Novaresa Mobile Manager application is equipped with double authentication. Once your credentials are registered, you will receive a code by email or SMS to enter to access your account securely.
