2026-07-22	Ri*****	Not Ready for Primetime. Frequently fails to connect, and when it does, the service is spotty. Also, even if you only use the service long enough to find out it doesn't work, they'll hide behind their "agreement" to refuse a refund. So be prepared to do a charge back.

2026-07-06	df*****	If it offered Google Play credit payment, I would have downloaded it. However, there's an app with 10 million downloads that supports Google Play purchases. If you add a Google Play payment method, I'll download and try it. I gave it one star because I haven't tried it yet.

2026-06-23	Pa*****	"Listen – it's a devil! They have subscriptions for everything, and yet my virtual desktop still runs slower than a snail on a treadmill. I tried to launch a game and I'm pretty sure it just streamed a JPEG of the loading screen for three hours." - Also needs to remove subscriptions.

2026-06-17	Bo*****	Can't connect half the time, login doesn't work, costs WAY too much, storage is inadequate and additional storage is massively overpriced, Shadow PC randomly shuts down, and support is useless for anything but passing your logs to the trash can. Not one meaningful improvement in the several years I've used this service and it's now using out of date hardware that cannot keep up with the latest games. And to top it all off, half your games won't work because anti cheat software block all VMs.

Like reloading your stream from time to time to get your sound back, or reconnect it, so it wont stutter like crazy, but just yesterday they've rolled out an update that straight up cut your keys, controller and mouse (UDP). Support is simply abysmal, its just pathetic how bad it is. Basically non-existent. Can't recommend to any normal human being, who's not into a self-harm. Just don't bother.
