This is great for using Android studio, vs studio, Unreal Engine, LM studio, and most other platforms indie and professional developers use. Also, since you're operating off of a data farm, you're using a fiber line within the environment. It's much cheaper than buying a decent system, and you can use it whenever you want (even on your phone).
