Loan with Property Guarantee
If you have a regularized property, you can obtain a loan of up to 60% of the appraised value, to be used to pay off debts, purchase another property, or travel.

Monthly interest: 1.50% p.m.
Payment term: 180 months
Installment value: R$ 2,415.63
Total payable: R$434,813.40
Our loan conditions:
Payment term: 12 to 240 months.
Minimum loan amount R$30,000.00
Interest rate: from 0.99% p.m. (CET: 12.55% p.a.) to 2.20% p.m. (CET: 29.84% p.a.).

Property Financing
You can obtain financing of up to 80% of the appraised value to purchase a property.

Loan with Vehicle Guarantee
If you have a regularized vehicle, you can obtain a loan of up to 90% of the appraised value, to be used to pay off debts, purchase another vehicle, or travel.

Payment term: 48 months
Installment value: R$ 2,375.16

Personal Loan
If you receive salary income at BRADESCO, CAIXA, BANCO DO BRASIL, SANTANDER, ITAÚ or CREFISA banks, you can obtain a loan of up to R$5,000.00.

Monthly interest: 6.00% p.m.
Payment term: 8 months
Installment value: R$ 241.55
Total payable: R$ 1,932.40
