Accounts closed or suspended with little or no explanation and no compensation.
Horrible customer service with slow responses and lack of direct contact options.
High transfer fees and limited coin availability, plus missing order books for most coins and frequent maintenance downtime.
Security/custody concerns: users feel they do not own their funds and are locked into the exchange.

These apps are so useless they told me to update my identity and personal information but until now still verifying. It's been almost two weeks and still not verified. You're just wasting your money and time on these app

Very few coins. Spreads are outrageously expensive. Transferring to other wallets are limited. All coins except eth and btc don't have an order book. App isn't intuitive. They shut down at times for maintenance. The amount they charge without a transparent order book should be illegal because you aren't trading against other traders. You're paying ridiculously high spreads so they can buy it on another order book and sell it to you for a significantly higher price.
