Active Smart Beaconing: Forget fixed transmission intervals that drain your battery and clutter the network. The app dynamically calculates the optimal moment to broadcast based on:

Operational time limit reached (> 10 minutes).

Straight-line distance threshold exceeded (> 1 km).

Sharp turns detected (heading change > 30º while in motion).

Total vehicle stop or immobilization.

Integrated Chat with Retry Engine: Send and receive APRS text messages with native confirmation packet support (ACK and REJ). If network conditions drop, the app automatically retries sending up to 5 times (spaced 1 minute apart) to guarantee your message gets through.

Uninterrupted Background Operation: Runs as a native Android Foreground Service with a persistent notification. The OS will not kill your TCP socket or freeze your GPS when you turn off the screen or put the phone in your pocket.

Local History Storage: Your conversations are safely stored on your device using local storage. Even if you clear your recent apps or reboot your device, your chat logs and message delivery statuses remain intact.

Smart Data Trimming: Automatic trim functionality strips accidental spaces from your Callsign, Passcode, and messages before sending them, preventing syntax rejections from the server.
