2021-12-07	Ma*****	I have been a customer for the past three years..but this year the service is worst and they are playing with the clothes saying that they don't know the delivery address route. They can call and ask for the way and delivery. Instead they are dragging it for over two weeks. Now I have to arrange to collect my clothes from the delivery boys who is just sitting somewhere. I need a refund strictly for your lethargic behaviour.

2020-10-25	Ra*****	I have installed the app paid for a monthly subscription. The first pick up was supposed to be on 23rd Oct 2020. An executive called to confirm the order on 22nd and I called the same executive again on 23rd when nobody turned up for picking up. However, no response from them since then till today (25/10). There is also no button to cancel the subscription. Highly disappointed.

Waste of money.. 1st year they say 750 garments 11800 ok i pay, next year they say same 11800 for 750 garments so i pay, but in app it show 250 garments 5900 - 2 IDs i asking lot of times no reply.. Moreover before lockdown i only use nearly 200 garments only. In that i book 6 to 7 times they attent 1 time, now they say 6 months ending so no pickup.. When i pay they say 1 year.. If 6 month y i pay 2 id amount.. Without my knowledge the split my payment and creat 2 IDs..

2020-08-06	Pr*****	They are completely fraudulent. They take cheque from people, promise to do the services but wont send any confirmation mail. and they cheat you. Dont respond properly. When we complain, they say they never received any cheque from us and further they ask for more money. We are tired of calling them up. No proper response and they lie saying the concerned person is not available.

2020-01-07	A *****	ID- 21688 The most hopeless service standard. Staff will call you for renewal and will not come for pick up for 20 days. Also no one picks phone or replies to mails. Deal with this company if you want to lose your money and mind. I will give Negative rating for BL

2020-01-03	A *****	This is cool. I hardly spend 5 mins to hand over the garments and another 5 garments to collect back at the time of delivery. Very convenient and garments come back super cool.

2019-10-28	A *****	It's not at all worth the money. They hardly wash, they just flush in water and your dress is less dirty than before. I have all the pics and also emailed to customer department but no response, it's waste of money .

2019-10-23	A *****	Very poor. The worst service in the industry. They don't know how to provide service. Though I subscribed for a package, I got only one pickup and that too my clothes missing. I informed immediately to the delivery person and tried to reach customer support, relationship manager. Till now no response from big laundry. They are highly irresponsible. I recommend not to subscribe Big laundry.

2019-10-23	A *****	Very worst service. They never keep up pickup, delivery schedules properly. They are very much lagging logistics support. They simply send sms only. Never keep up their schedules inspite of our constant followup. Waste of time & money. They will never answer our repeated calls..
