Untangle the rings. Clear the board.

Urban Lore: Ring is a satisfying logic puzzle about linked rings and bars. Every ring has a small gap. Turn it to the right angle and it slips free. Slide a bar out of the way and the next piece opens up. Find the right order, and the whole tangle comes apart piece by piece.

HOW TO PLAY
• Drag a ring to turn it. When its gap clears what holds it, it drops away.
• Slide bars along their length to pull them out.
• Pieces block each other, so think about what to free first.
• Remove every piece to clear the stage.

FEATURES

The fakest multiplayer leaderboard mode I've ever seen. And it takes a pretty manipulative approach by taking away your multiplier if you stop playing for even a moment. The other "players" had surprisingly normal usernames, considering I'd never once been prompted to set mine. The other scores rose alongside mine, until I took a break for a day. When I came back, they were all exactly where I left them, frozen in time while I was gone. Then unfroze once I came back. Even with airplane mode on.

This feels like a misuse of the Urban Lore IP and characters. Its a fine puzzle game to play and kill time with, and ads aren't terribly intrusive (at the time of writing this review,) but those are the only two positives I can give this game. It just feels empty without the horror or story elements that made the first two games so much more appealing and made it stand out from other games on the app store. I really hope the horror adventures aren't over for this series.
