Big Grain is a mobile application developed by Big Grain Capital Sdn Bhd, designed to offer borrowers a seamless and efficient way to apply for and manage loans in Malaysia. The app simplifies the loan application process, allowing users to quickly fill out a straightforward form and upload necessary documents directly from their mobile devices, making the experience entirely paperless. Once a loan application is submitted, users can easily track its status in real-time, from submission to approval and disbursement. The app also provides an overview of all active loans, giving borrowers access to crucial details like outstanding balances and repayment schedules.

1.What is the financing amount and profit rate?/ Apakah jumlah pembiayaan dan kadar keuntungan?
a)Financing Amount (RM)/ Amaun Pembiayaan (RM): RM1,000 – RM40,000
b)Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) : 18% per annum
Kadar Maksimum Tahunan (APR): 18% Setahun
c)Financing Tenure (months)/ Tempoh Pembiayaan : 12 - 84 Months/ Bulan
d)Selling Price/ Harga Jualan : Financing Amount + Total Profit / Jumlah Pembiayaan + Jumlah Keuntungan

2.How to calculate the monthly installment? / Macam mana ansuran bulanan dikira?
A = (P + (P X M X R))/ M
A = Monthly Installment Amount/ Jumlah Ansuran Bulanan
P = Financing Amount / Jumlah Pembiayaan
M= Financing Tenure (in months)/Tempoh Pembiayaan (dalam bulan)
R= Profit Rate per month (1.5%) / Kadar Keuntungan Sebulan (1.5%)
Example/ Contoh:
Financing Amount/ Jumlah Pembiayaan: RM3000
Installment Period (Months) / Tempoh Ansuran (Bulan): 12 Months / Bulan
Profit Rate per month (1.5%)
A = (RM3000 + (RM3000 X 12 X 1.5%))/ 12
= (RM3000 + (RM540))/ 12
= RM3540 / 12
Monthly Installment Amount/ Jumlah Ansuran Bulanan =RM295
Total Profit will be RM540 and Total Repayment will be RM3540
Jumlah Keuntungan adalah RM540 dan Jumlah Pembayaran adalah RM3540.

3.What other charges do I have to pay? / Apakah caj-caj lain yang perlu saya bayar?
a)Processing Fee / Yuran Pemprosesan: RM180 and above (Varies based on the loan amount and agreed terms and conditions.) / RM180 ke atas (Berbeza berdasarkan jumlah pinjaman dan terma serta syarat yang dipersetujui.)
b)Stamp Duty / Duti Setem: Included in processing fee/ Termasuk dalam yuran pemprosesan

4.What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? / Bagaimana jika saya gagal memenuhi tanggungjawab saya?
Late Payment Rate/ Kadar Bayaran Lewat : 8 % per annum/ 8% Setahun
