I wanted to chnage my email address as I lost access to the old one, and you cannot do this yourself due to security reasons, I understand that, but what I dont understand is how dont you have a live support to assist you. The virtual assistant is pure garbage, cannot understand the request. At some point it decides that it will forward the request the the relevant team, and they will contact me via email. A monkey would do a better job.

2026-08-07	Iv*****	The delivery time listed for the restaurants is totally incorrect! For a delivery that is listed 35-55 min. It takes 2 hours +. When I try to cancel order which is not even being prepared yet, some totally unreliable chatbot declines, repeats the same things and refuses to connect me to real person! Never using takeaway again!

И за какво трябва да инсталираш приложрние, когато този тип нотификации със заплахи за канселиране идват само по имейл? Значи за да си поръчам храна, аз трябва да седна пред екрана и да си следя имейла за един час напред? И парите от отказаната поръчка ги държат "заложник" за следващите 5 работни дни, при положение, че банкови трансфери с такова забавяне вече са незаконни в Европа. Абсолютни измамници!
