The Takeaway Bulgaria app is easy and convenient with generally positive notes on food quality when delivered and fast ordering. However, widespread complaints override the positives: no live customer support (only a chatbot), chronic delivery delays and wrong/missing items with weak refunds, currency pricing confusion after euro adoption, and disruptive notifications plus payment verification hurdles.

Totally disappointed. I wanted to chnage my email address as I lost access to the old one, and you cannot do this yourself due to security reasons, I understand that, but what I dont understand is how dont you have a live support to assist you. The virtual assistant is pure garbage, cannot understand the request. At some point it decides that it will forward the request the the relevant team, and they will contact me via email. A monkey would do a better job.
