We were interested in using the bikes, and since no pricing is listed physically, and there is no posted website with information available, I installed the app. But before it gives us any information about the bikes, it asks a bunch of invasive questions. Sorry guys, but giving out PII to an app with 2.2 stars before seeing any kind of information about the program is ridiculous. No you can't sign me up for soam messages, no you don't need my birthday, phone number, email address, physical add
