2023-01-18	Anil Bharadwaj	This app and the company behind it is a fraud. They just take the booking and do not send the person for service. They won't pick up the phone. Later they will gaslight saying you have made the cancellation. Your money may get stuck if you do not exercise caution. This happened twice with me. Please do not make any booking and give them any money.
2022-10-12	Mohit Sharma	Worst coustomer service. They just take the booking and the service agent keeps rescheduling the meeting. They are not at all punctual and lack basic eticates to communicate. Extremely poor customer service support. It is better to book an appointment to the nearest saloon. Never ever depend on this app. Giving it a 1star.
2022-10-02	nimisha dutta	A very bad experience. I don't know how they have positive reviews. Very unprofessional beautician. Waxing horrible, cleanup horrible, their wax machine didn't work. I had to provide my induction. I am very dissapointed. I have a function to attend and I am not happy. She was in such a hurry. Just wanting to finish everything fast. Not at all customer oriented
2021-07-24	Nishu Gunjan	I booked an appointment at 8 am. In this app my beautician name, number, otp all were showing. I was waiting no one came and when I called the beautician number she said that she didn't receive any confirmation about this appointment. And that time I tried many times for customer support also sent whatsapp text but after 11 am I a sorry message from their sides. Very very bad. Guys don't go with this app.
2021-06-30	Muskan Singh	Shittiest experience that I ever had. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Getting rashes on my hands and legs after rica waxing and even after 100+ contacts, mails, calls they are not responding and resolving the issue! Pure frauds! Dont ever use this app and these services.
2021-05-26	prithukeerti singh	Booked an appointment for home services for today and made the payment of 1070/- also, but the the beautician assigned to me denied having an appointment by my name, moreover the date in the appointments shows 1 January 1970 5:30 a.m, the slot I booked was for 26th May 2020 3:30 pm. I have cancelled the appointment for now, but haven't received any refunds till yet, all the numbers give on google and the app doesn't exist, plus no response on the mails.
2021-04-18	Prinkal Dhanani	One of the cheapest and worst service. It's my humble request to who read this don't purchase anything from this site. No one are received any phone calls nor responding. Third class app. First enhance ur services and manage ur call system then make any promises to ur customer. Bad very experience. It is my first and last order. And i definitely suggest others don't buy anything from it.🙏🏿 And check ur number one time which is provided in what's app.
2021-04-02	Sudeshna Dasgupta	Horrible service. I have purchased an Inno care shampoo and conditioner from the app on 21st. March'2021 and while ordering I had already made a full payment of Rs. 1852. They came to deliver the product and asked for Rs.1852. I told that its a paid order and I wouldn't pay anything so they didn't handover the product and went back. After that in the status section they are updating false status saying " customer ask for an open delivery". I want my product deliver or my money back. Don't ordee
2021-03-07	Snigdha Pious	I had booked a massage for 7pm and when the masseuse didn't turn up finally at 730pm I called them up but got no response. They've provided an unserviceable number on their app which is shocking. Tried their other number that too nobody picked up. They ghosted me real bad because of which I had to finally cancel the massage and initiate a refund as I had foolishly prepaid for the session. I have no idea even whether I am going to get a refund or not. Please don't book them, they'll ghost you!
2021-02-23	Krina Savla	I have been trying to reach from so long for the Modifications in the order placed, since app does not have any option to modify my order. But I have been unable to reach either by phone number or whatsapp or email for that matter. No response from BeU.
